The Fleming apartment is an overall renovation, an illusion for the people who will live in it. When such an opportunity arises, we try to ensure that the design is impeccable and not only meets the needs of life, but also has the right atmosphere to contribute to happiness and well-being. Therefore, we understand this work as a grain of sand that we put for the improvement of the environment in which we live, totally inspired by the search for beauty. That beauty that provides a service to society, improving people’s lives and contributing to create a better world.

 

The intention of the design of the Fleming apartment has been to create a pure and proportionate proposal of simple lines and curves that integrate every detail of the project in a natural way and generate an atmosphere of serenity and well-being. The proposal has a hall, the master bedroom with integrated bathroom and large wardrobe. It also has two bedrooms in front of the master bathroom. At the end of the corridor there is a diaphanous living-dining room with integrated kitchen that resolves the corner of the building.

 

The curve

 

The dining room of the apartment functions as a link between the kitchen and the living room. The three spaces are articulated through curves in the false ceiling and walls, which also integrate the structure of the house. With this resource it is possible to integrate the different rooms of complex shapes given by the existing building. The result is a house with a strong character.

 

Paneling

 

A continuous line of wood paneling is created throughout the house that collects the integrated doors, kitchen, bathroom veneers and closets, creating a plinth that visually organizes the composition.
