Timeless architecture is not subject to a point in time, it has the capacity to endure over the years without becoming obsolete. It is capable of ageing and embellishing at the same time. It is able to adapt to new times and uses and to the new needs of society. The timelessness of a work is its capacity to become an icon and increase its value as a result.

This does not mean that timeless architecture does not fit into its own time: revolutionising its form, innovating with the techniques of the moment or adopting new functional or emotional solutions. All good design is the fruit of its time, it is inscribed in it. It combines the inheritance of what it has received with its projection into the future. Its beauty lies in the fact that it belongs to its time and continues to be as valid in new times. It is an eternal architecture that goes beyond the trends of the moment in which it is created.
